Degree in Economics and Corporate Law (CLELI), specialising in corporate auditing, from the Bocconi University in Milan, member of the Order of Certified Public Accountants in Milan and listed in the Register of Auditors since 2008.

Career details
After an initial period working as an assistant at the Bocconi University, she started professional practice and in 2008 joined the Studio Necchi, Sorci & Associati. She has been a (junior) partner since 2017.

Areas of activity and expertise
National corporate and tax advice, specialising in the property sector. Preparation of financial statements, extraordinary corporate transactions, appraisals and valuation estimates, tax and accounting due diligence. She acts as a member of boards of statutory auditors and as an independent auditor in national companies.
